For our Store Wertheim we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Brand Image Specialist/ Visual Merchandiser (m/w/d) to join our Ralph Lauren Family.
In this challenging position you are responsible for delivering creative and visual excellence, ensuring that Seasonal Guidelines are adapted and creative solutions are offered to maximize layout and presentation. Utilize commercial reports to understand store performance, ensuring visual presentation is both commercial and consistent.
Champion and uphold Model Store standards, coaching the in-store team on brand expectation and maintain all visual displays in store including mannequins styling, props and product. Support the store team with all Brand Presentation actions and provide store specific solutions.
Take a key role in the commercial evaluation of the store and its space mix. Regularly communication with the Brand Image Manager and undertake any additional tasks set out.
In-Store visual presentation
Liaise with Communication Team and In-Store Management regarding all product seasonal presentation initiatives
Create and develop seasonal floorplans
Manage and implement seasonal change-over (visual strategies)
Ensure all product presentation guidelines are implemented and maintained
Manage the presentation of POS material
Planning and implementation of new corner openings
Drive sales through invigorating in-store visual merchandising presentations
Training
Organize, prepare and conduct seasonal training seminars for in-store staff
Cascade seasonal and quarterly product flow directives as well as changes to teams
Constantly train all Ralph Lauren sales staff and management on new directives
Developing in-store training material
Ensure that the staff is utilizing Retail Web and Corporate directives when applicable
Reporting & Communication
Regular analysis and report on sales volume compared to stock levels
Feedback call outs and store needs to Regional corporate management
Communicate Visual and sales Results by creating weekly visit Report
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Store based visual merchandising/brand presentation management experience (at least 2 years experience, for the senior role 10+ years)
Fluent in English, speaking and writing
Open to travel to support other stores within the Region
Experience managing commercial performance, display dressing and styling across multiple items
General computer proficiency focusing on Word, Excel, Power Point
Comprehensive understanding of visual merchandising/brand presentation training methods
