Job Summary Design and execute weekly menus for local and continental cuisines, meeting the dignitary’s dietary requirements, health needs, and preferences.

Prepare meals for official functions, private events, and guests.

Procure high-quality ingredients, manage kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Adapt recipes for dietary restrictions, maintain kitchen equipment, and uphold confidentiality in service.

Ensure all meals meet the dignitary’s dietary requirements, health needs, and preferences.

Prepare meals for official functions, private events, and guests as required.

Food Sourcing & Kitchen Management Procure high-quality ingredients, focusing on freshness, safety, and nutritional value.

Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, hygiene, and proper food storage.

Maintain kitchen equipment in excellent working condition.

Health, Safety & Standards Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Adapt recipes to meet specific dietary restrictions.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of service.

Requirements: At least a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.

At least 5 years’ proven experience as a Chef, preferably serving high-profile clients.

Expertise in both traditional/local dishes and a variety of continental cuisines.

Strong knowledge of nutrition, healthy meal preparation, and food presentation.

Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and travel.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
