Emergency Medicine Physician

General Description:

Great community in northern Michigan

Hospital has 49 beds with 9 OB beds

Bread and butter Emergency Medicine/ Trauma team available

Approximately 45 visits per day

Dates of Coverage:

8 Shifts per month (4 day minimum stretch preferred)

8 Days per month starting at the end of October, 2024

Schedule:

12 Hour Shifts- 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM

No Call-Holidays if scheduled and agreed to flat rate

EMR and Dictation Tools:

Meditech

Required experience, training, and certifications:

Board Certified

ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS

Licensing

Active MI license and DEA OR an IMLC Letter of Qualification

Credentialing Timeframe:

Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
