We are launching in Q1 2026 with a simple 3-step routine, and a whole lot of fun messaging.

We are based in Santa Barbara and building around 3 core principles: 1.) Providing only clean & effective skincare products from sustainable sources; 2.) Pursuing max sustainability with zero plastic & 100% biodegradable packaging and; 3.) Purposefully giving back: $1 from every product sale goes directly to one of our Kelp Advocacy & Reforestation non-profit partners.

The Internship & How You will Help: - 3 Month Internship + extension possible - Initial 3 Months UNPAID (free product & swag likely) - Hours P/Week targeted 12-16+ based on your availability Tasks / Responsibilities Research Focus (45%) / Initial 30+ Days - Topics & Trends: Research leadership, wellness, sustainability, and skincare topics to inspire new content.

- Influencers & Creators: Identify social media influencers aligned with our brand (skincare, sustainability, lifestyle, fitness) for potential collaborations.

- Brand Partnerships: Research aligned brands for co-marketing opportunities (eco-friendly, wellness, men's lifestyle). - Collaboration Ideas: Create lists of potential co-marketing campaigns and cross-promotions (bundles, events, content swaps). - Competitor & Market Tracking: Track competitor brands and campaigns to inform our strategy.

Content Marketing Focus 55% ) - Social Media Content: Draft, schedule, and publish posts on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Content Creation: Help brainstorm, script, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok). - Brand Storytelling: Write blog posts, newsletters, and product copy that highlight our mission, science, and lifestyle.

- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and trends; engage with followers to grow our community.

- Campaign Support: Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and product launch campaigns.

More / Less tasks could be discussed as need and ability arise.
