GTR SERVICES IS A GROWING FAMILY-OWNED CONTRACTOR SPECIALIZING IN RESIDENTIAL RENOVATIONS, UNIT TURNOVERS AND EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS.

We work closely with multiple property management companies to deliver high-quality repairs, remodels, and restorations. Our expertise spans demolition, remodeling, and exterior renovations such as siding, soffit, fascia, concrete, decks, fencing, and more.

POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

We’re looking for a seasoned Construction Estimator who can turn complex project scopes into accurate, competitive bids. You’ll prepare detailed cost estimates, partner with internal teams and subcontractors, and help us win work while safeguarding margins and quality. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Prepare, compile, and present detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and project costs.

Attend pre-bid and project meetings; support design-build planning and value engineering.

Track project performance, maintain and refine the estimating database, and analyze job cost reports.

Support proposal development, standardize estimating procedures, and assist with project closeout.

Build vendor/partner relationships; communicate with contractors, architects, and engineers.

Mentor junior estimators and support training for sales and project management teams.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience

Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical is required.

Prior experience with government contracting

Proven success building full cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overhead).

Fluency with estimating software, blueprint reading, codes, and regulations.

SALARY RANGE

$60,000-75,000 / year
