Responsibilities:

Supervise daily concrete construction activities, including scheduling, labor, and equipment.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite environment.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Provide leadership, training, and support to field crews.

Qualifications:

5 + years of experience in residential concrete or related construction supervision.

Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.

Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license.

Must have basic computer skills.
