Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Predictive Maintenance programs.

Establish and drive best practices in maintenance to improve operational performance and take corrective action when necessary.

Provide expertise on hydraulic & mechanical presses (up to 2,500 tons), CNC mills, air compressors, and Hilos; experience with CO2 and fiber lasers is a strong plus.

Oversee and execute preventive maintenance schedules at annual, monthly, weekly, and daily intervals.

Troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

Manage the introduction of new machinery and the disposal of obsolete equipment.

Ensure compliance with IATF, Lean (5S), safety, and environmental standards.

Lead, mentor, and support the maintenance team to achieve peak performance.

Interpret schematics and technical drawings; troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and logic controllers.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of automated systems.

Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repair or modification.

Partner with operations to coordinate maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption.

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.

Conduct facility inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.Qualifications

10+ years of manufacturing plant-level experience in industrial maintenance.

Proven leadership and management experience.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, logic controllers, and automated systems.

Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and technical manuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PLEX experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and fabrication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

Familiarity with safety standards, Lean principles, and regulatory compliance.

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
