Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment.
Role Overview
We are seeking Product Managers to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of core modules across our oncology product suite (such as Patient Connect, Clinical Network, CTMS, Synergy-AI and DUO).
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, Data/AI, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features on time and with measurable outcomes. This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility role for individuals who thrive in complex environments, take ownership, and can translate strategic objectives into operational reality.
Key Responsibilities
Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned modules within our oncology tech ecosystem.
Gather and prioritize business and user requirements, translating them into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with engineering, Data/AI, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring performance post-release and iterating rapidly.
Lead cross-functional processes (backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, release planning) and enforce delivery discipline.
Build strong alignment across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring transparency, ownership, and high execution standards.
Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product vision, roadmap, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.Requirements
Must-Haves
4+ years of product management experience in Software/SaaS (health-tech or enterprise platforms preferred).
Proven success managing complex products with multiple stakeholder groups and technical dependencies.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern project management practices.
Ability to convert business strategy into clear product requirements, KPIs, and delivery plans.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal, written, presentation).
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and track product performance.
High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Data/AI-driven products and cloud-based architectures.
Technical background or ability to collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams.
