Technical Sales Representative Position

The role of the Technical Sales Representative is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with mechanical and technical knowledge to excel in a dynamic and employee-owned company.

This warehouse-based position involves working with tools and equipment to build hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies. The successful candidate will participate in development training provided by the company and vendors to ensure success in this role.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

Store operation and customer service

Greeting walk-in customers and assisting them with their product requirements

Building hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies

Picking, packing, and shipping orders and transfers

Maintaining store stock levels and product displays

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Mechanical and technical education and/or proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team

Strong customer service orientation
