Full-Time Line Cook – PM Shift

Location: Copeland’s Bar & Grill – Manteno, IL

Schedule: Full-Time Primarily Evenings (PM Shift)

Compensation: $19–$22/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

Copeland’s Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our evening team. This role requires technical skill, consistency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to specification.

Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked workstation.

Assist with prep, portioning, and recipe execution.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth PM service.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a full-service or high-volume kitchen.

Solid knife skills and familiarity with standard commercial equipment.

Dependable and flexible, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stay composed and consistent during high-volume service.

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
