We are looking for a senior consultant to join our friendly and dynamic Hamilton office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hamilton property team and contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders.

We are interested in hearing from people from diverse backgrounds with established property careers, who are excited about an opportunity to grow their capabilities and move into a leadership role.

If you have the below experience and drive, or the potential to develop these, we would love to hear from you.

You will stand out to us if you have the following: With 8+ years of property experience under your belt, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the property industry.

You have a strong technical understanding of property (Central and Local Government) and relevant legislation (Public Works Act 1981). You will be confident building strong relationships with new and existing clients and have the knack to identify and find opportunities to provide our services to clients.

You are committed to delivering a superior client experience, acting as a problem-solver and thinking creatively to find solutions.

A background in a consultancy environment alongside a property or law degree would be a real advantage but not a deal breaker.

You will be an excellent communicator.

Most importantly you will be focused on quality and always take pride in your work.

As a senior, you will take initiative in supporting other colleagues by providing assistance and peer review of projects constantly on the go, you’ll be a team player and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

You are accountable and take responsibility for your contribution within a multi-team project delivery.

Building strong relationships and working collaboratively will be second nature to you.

Ideally, you will have experience managing, developing or mentoring people, or the potential to step up to a people leadership role in time.
