Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our client’s team in Salisbury, NC. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for building boxes and assembling pallets in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong hand-eye coordination and a proven record of good attendance.

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish or bilingual in English/Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

Build and assemble boxes for production needs.

Stack and wrap pallets once box-building tasks are completed.

Work safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to meet daily production goals.

Be prepared for overtime when needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications:

Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Strong attendance and reliability are required.

Comfortable working in cold storage conditions.

Fluent Spanish or bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Previous warehouse or palletizing experience

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or until the job is complete)

Overtime may be required, with shifts potentially extending to 9:30 PM or 10:00 PM

Days Off: Wednesday and Sunday

30-minute meal break at noon, plus an additional 15-minute break during overtime
