About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Riverside Healthcare Center, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Demonstrated clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute or long-term care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team environment.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Previous experience in a business services or healthcare administration setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient responses.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
