Market Service Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Market Service Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our service department, keep customers for life, and grow the business. You’ll recruit, coach, and motivate a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to a wide range of clients—from mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 500 facilities. Your focus: customer satisfaction, account growth, and location profitability.

What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and develop Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure stellar service.
Partner with location leadership to optimize service programs and drive revenue.
Negotiate contract renewals and identify up-sell opportunities.
What You Bring
Track record of boosting customer satisfaction and profitability.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
Strong coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior customer-facing or field-service leadership experience.
Solid MS Office skills and comfort with tech tools.
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance that meets company standards.
Able to pass DOT physical and lift up to 50 lbs.
