We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Finance & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (taxes, NSSF, URA, etc.). Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Oversee procurement, asset management, and administrative functions.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in finance and administration.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Sage). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
