Adelphi is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrists to provide locum tenens, full-time psychiatric services at a psychiatry facility in Cherokee County, Texas. The ideal candidate will deliver inpatient care to a mix of civilly committed and forensic committed patients, working as part of a multidisciplinary recovery team.

AHA CPR certification

Proof of a recent negative PPD test within the past 12 months. Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric care for 1620 civilly committed and forensic committed patients.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary recovery team.

Deliver psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for acute and chronic inpatient cases.

Attend court proceedings and provide testimony as needed.
