Schedule:Clinic: 2.5 days per week, 8am-5pm and 8am Noon with OR2 days per week

Job Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient

Types of Cases:General urology procedures includingCysto,Prostate biopsy,Fiducial markers,Wart fulguration and more

Credentialing: 90-120 days, emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

Board Certification: Board Certified Urology

Licensure: Kentucky license required
