Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for representing our commercial/business clients in both defending and prosecuting their claims in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duty claims, general negligence, and other business disputes. We are looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in general litigation, including responding to and drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research and drafting Motions, and some general experience arguing Motions and attending hearings. The successful candidate will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You also must be a Texas Licensed Attorney.
