Were hiring for an Outside Sales position - Insurance Sales Representative who is driven, personable, and ready to take their career to the next level. Youll focus on selling personal lines insurance, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting monthly premium goals with confidence and integrity.
First-year earning potential of $65,000 to $85,000 (base salary plus commission and bonuses)

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service
Sell personal lines insurance products and meet a monthly premium goal of at least $35,000
Handle client inquiries, provide expert advice, and resolve issues with professionalism
Actively network to grow your client base and expand agency visibility
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm solutions and implement sales strategies
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and Life Insurance license
Prior personal lines sales experience with a proven track record
Strong skills in relationship building, communication, and negotiation
Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, CRMs, and other digital tools
Adaptable, tech-savvy, and proactive in a fast-changing industry
A positive attitude and sense of humor are highly valued
