Position Summary
We are hiring Remote Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. This is a fully remote position ideal for those who excel in communication, problem-solving, and providing top-notch service from a home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Follow call scripts and compliance requirements as needed
Meet performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction
Provide product or service information to customers as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and call center software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Quiet home office setup with reliable internet connection
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Previous call center or customer service experience
Familiarity with CRM systems or VoIP platforms
Bilingual (a plus but not required)
