What you’ll be doing:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery

Ensure product quality and meet production goals

Troubleshoot machine issues and keep accurate production data

Follow safety standards and promote a safe workplace

Lead and mentor a small team of operators

Who we’re looking for:

Previous machine operation experience (manufacturing preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Leadership or mentoring experience a plus

Knowledge of lean tools (RCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) is a bonusCompany Description
