Job Description
NobleCare is a certified outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment center licensed providing individual therapy. We're looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified in Psychiatry to join our diverse, multidisciplinary practice to provide intake assessments and care plans, conduct individual counseling sessions, and serve as an added resource of supportive services for a mixed caseload of adults and adolescents experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or personal/family conflict.
Overview:
Diagnose mental, emotional and behavioral disorders and prescribe medication or administer psychotherapeutic treatment
Evaluate client data, and test/examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder
Prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders; as needed
Advise guardians, relatives and significant others of client’s condition and treatment
Prepare case reports and summaries for client, agency, and other agencies when applicable
Requirements:
PMHNP, CRNP, APRN, MSN-FNP, GNP, PCNS or similar degree
NJ licensed as an APN or CNS
Active DEA, CDS licenses
Suboxone waiver (or needed within 90 days of hire)
Medical specialties: Psychiatry
Behavioral health: 6months -2 years experience minimum (Required)
License/Certification:
DEA Certification (Required)
CDS Certification (Required)
Psychiatric Board Certification (Preferred)
