Responsibilities

This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading the development and launch of our minimum viable product (MVP) — the very first step in bringing our vision to life.

Architect and own the technical roadmap, balancing speed, scalability, and security.

Get hands-on: write code, test ideas quickly, and iterate fast.

Bring AI into the heart of the product as a real competitive advantage.

Work side-by-side with the founders to turn ambitious ideas into tangible, working solutions.

Lay the foundation for a future team — from processes to culture — as we grow.

Ensure we meet fintech-grade security and compliance standards without slowing down innovation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

Proven Track Record: 10+ years of professional experience building and delivering systems; fintech experience is a plus.

AI Know-How: At least 2 years of experience working directly with AI/ML frameworks and real-world applications.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’ve taken projects from zero to launch before and know how to balance scrappy execution with long-term thinking.

Leadership: Comfort leading both strategy and execution; bonus points if you’ve built or scaled a team.

Tech Depth: Strong background in architecture, cloud, integrations, and data security.

Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid U.S. permanent resident visa. No visa sponsorship is available currently.
