Packer - Sheet Metal Parts

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer parts are packaged, inspected, and shipped with the highest quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

Perform packaging duties: manual lifting, taping, labeling, and sorting parts.

Remove masking material as needed, following training and instructions.

Conduct visual quality inspections before packing.

Report defective or questionable parts to the supervisor.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Assist with other duties as needed by supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect parts visually.

Team player who can maintain a steady production pace.

Good communication skills with coworkers and supervisors.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Physical Requirements:

Stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for up to 8+ hours daily.

Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working Monday–Friday (full shifts) and Saturdays (6 hours), with overtime as needed.
