Finance Treasury Manager

Work Location: Cebu

Salary: 55,000

Job Summary:

Ensures that the company is financially successful by managing company funds and investments. Accountable for the overall management of the Finance Department, including proper coordination with the Audit Firm and Bank partner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Spearhead the company’s annual budgeting process.

2. Manage and control the company’s budget, funds, and investments.

3. Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems.

4. Assist the management in securing funds and investments.

5. Prepare financial reports, analysis, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

6. Manage and supervise the activities of the Finance Department.

7. Prepare financial documents and reports as required by the banks, internal and external audit, and investors.

8. Comply with the applicable laws and procedures and with the company’s core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related course

With at least 5 years of experience in the same position

Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu City

Progressive, ambitious, and can work in a high-growth, innovative, technologically cutting edge livestock business

Detail-oriented and organized, and have strong mathematical and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, works well with people with positive work attitude

Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow projections

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in farm or livestock raising is a plus
