Position: Account Representative (Call Center) – Contract

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6–12-month contract

Pay: $19–$20/hour

Who We're Looking For:

Recent grads or professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Background in banking, financial services, or customer support is a plus

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Previous call center or customer-facing experience

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls related to accounts

• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and efficient customer service

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional manner

• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
