Sanitation Technician

Monday - Friday 10:00pm – 6:30am

$20.50 per hour

Whitehall, Ohio

Looking for an environment unlike any other? You’ve come to the right place! Dawson is currently staffing Sanitation Technician positions in Whitehall, Ohio.

What you’ll be doing:

Cleans and sanitizes processing equipment and processing facilities

Prevent cross contamination of products, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures

Follow all company Sanitation SOPs (SSOP) for cleaning equipment and facility

Perform pre- inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervisor approval

Complete all required sanitation and SQF documentation

Washes and maintains cleaning carts and tools

Maintains all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, foamers, cleaning equipment and tools

Performs other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor

What we are looking for:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Previous Sanitation experience

Good attention to detail

High sense of urgency at all times

Must be a team player and able to work well with others

Ability to lift 20-75 lbs and withstand variation in temperatures
