Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:
Assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor the medical services and treatment plans for injured workers.
Serve as a liaison between injured workers, employers, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
Maintain regular communication with all parties to ensure smooth progress and resolution of claims.
Claims Coordination:
Review medical records and claims documentation to evaluate the extent of injuries and treatment needs.
Monitor claim progression and treatment milestones to ensure adherence to guidelines and cost containment.
Coordinate Qualified Medical Exams (QMEs).
Maintain accurate, up-to-date case notes, reports, and documentation in case management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour
