Chef/ Director needed for School food service program in the Lyndhurst, NJ area. Monday through Friday, full time, 5 paid PTO days. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!
Must have knowledge and skills in cooking, computer/POS systems, and Microsoft. Must possess Management skills.
Duties to include:
Oversee kitchen operation on a daily basis.
Ensure all safety and food handling guidlines are enforced.
Create menus to follow with the NSLP
Oversee stafing needs
Report to area supervisor on a daily basis
