Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Schedule: Rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Requirements & Qualifications:

Unit Details:

Primary assignment: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Will accept strong Medical-Surgical (MS) nurses

Estimated nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or Medical-Surgical nursing experience (REQUIRED)

Certifications: BLS (REQUIRED)

EMR Experience: EPIC proficiency (REQUIRED)

Additional Information:

Floating to various units within facility is expected.

Strong critical thinking and flexibility are essential.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
