Legal Counsel

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts (service, white label, licensing, partnership, customer agreements)

Ensure regulatory compliance for fintech products and services, identify and mitigate legal risks

Advise on Cyprus law (IP Box, corporate, labor & employment)

Maintain legal documentation and records

Conduct legal research, provide consultations on fintech regulations and trends

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

2+ years’ experience as a lawyer, preferably in fintech or IT company

Strong knowledge of Cyprus law, including contract and commercial laws, labor and employment laws

Experience with Cyprus IP Box regime

Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach

Familiarity with international fintech and financial services regulations (EU, UK)

Fluent in English; Russian is a plus
