Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Occasional Saturdays required during peak season

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team. As a Stile and Rail Door Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in the production of our high-quality doors.

From cutting and shaping wood to assembling and finishing, you will be involved in every step of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble stile and rail doors

Ensure accuracy and precision in all manufacturing processes

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in woodworking or manufacturing preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
