Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth distribution and logistics, while also rolling up your sleeves to support other departments whenever needed. Your responsibilities include:

Analyzing demand forecasts and optimizing purchase plans to ensure the right stock levels at the right time.

Placing purchase orders, monitoring confirmations, and ensuring on-time deliveries from suppliers.

Managing stock control by tracking inventory levels, identifying slow movers, and preventing shortages or overstocks.

Continuously improving forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis of sales patterns and supplier performance.

Monitoring KPIs such as stock turns, order accuracy, and supplier reliability to drive supply chain efficiency.

Coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues quickly.

Supporting cost optimization initiatives through smart purchasing decisions and supplier negotiations.

Are you the right person?

You have solid experience in planning and supply chain, and you know how to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.

You are fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).
