As a People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will act as an enabler to the functional management team to drive workforce planning, talent management & development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Partnership:

Involve implementation of HR policy guidance (Human Resource Policies & Procedures, Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, Staff Handbook)

Providing insight and advice to day-to-day organizational operations to sectional managers.

Manage end-of-the-end HR processes including performance management, succession planning, and employee relations for population assigned

Talent Management & Employee Engagement:

Work closely with functional management teams in listening and enabling the team through climate champions & other engagement initiatives

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning through identifying key talents, developing their Personal Development Plans and following up their execution

Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Evaluate training programs to cater for the company's organization development

Support the organization in hiring potential & right-fit in line with functional workforce plan

Collaborating with TA in implementing Graduate Program and Internship

Continuous Improvement

Proactive in identifying opportunities through data-driven insights for improvement in organizational effectiveness, productivity and future-fit, and collaborating with CoEs to develop & deploy.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years within a large, complex multinational organization.

Demonstrated success in culture & engagement

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated abilities to influence the business & senior stakeholders

Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Good at MS office
