Responsibilities

Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer is handled professionally.

Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.

What We Offer

Salary ranges from $75K -$150K per year. This is a commission-based opportunity

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred

A high level of professionalism and courteousness

Build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers

CDK experience is a huge plus but not mandatory

Self-motivated, able to work on their own and with others

Great communication skills with your customers

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
