Accounting Manager
Accounting Manager needed in Saint Louis!

Position Overview
Oversee our accounting department and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the month-end close process, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Manage the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulations.
Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff.
Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Provide support for account management and client-facing activities.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of GL, bookkeeping, and corporate accounting practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
$80,000-$90,000/year salary
