Job Title: Interviewer
Location: North Brunswick, NJ
Type of Employment: Temporary until January 2026
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Training will be in office and then the job will be remote
Hourly: $22/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a university to hire two Interviewers to work on a full time, temporary basis until January 2026. This role will require in-person training in the North Brunswick office and then will be remote. The hours are 9AM to 5PM or 10AM to 6PM with a 30-minute break. The qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
· The main task will be to interview students who were moved to the interview stage of applying to the school via video
· Follow up via phone with students who need to make an appointment to interview but haven’t yet
· Must complete at least 4 interviews a day
· Write up interview summary notes for the Admissions Director
· Answering applicants questions via phone and email
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Prior corporate office experience is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong ability to learn new technologies
Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
