About this Role:
We’re looking for two hardworking, jack-of-all-trades Property Maintenance Technicians to support our growing property portfolio:
One position — Northern Wasatch Front (work alongside a partner)
One position — Southern Wasatch Front (work independently)
This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role. There’s no management responsibility, no reports, and no micromanaging — just honest maintenance work where you can take pride in keeping properties in great shape.
Seeking a full-time technician. Mostly during regular business hours, with occasional on-call/after-hours work.Compensation:
$25 - $30 hourlyResponsibilities:
The Day-to-Day
General property maintenance and repairs
Light finish work (drywall, painting, trim, etc.)
Basic carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical fixes
Troubleshoot issues and take initiative to resolve them
Work efficiently on your own or with a teammate (Northern position)
Schedule will be basic business hours, with occasional off-hours and on-call work. Qualifications:

Pay: $25–$30/hr based on experience
