What Youll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and exceed growth targets
Actively lead and contribute to B2B sales efforts to drive client acquisition
Build, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters to peak performance
Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with clients through tailored staffing solutions
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing internal talent
Lead the candidate screening and placement process with a focus on quality and compliance
Foster a culture rooted in integrity, innovation, service, and performance
Serve as the face of nin in your market, making a real difference in the community
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Background in staffing, sales, or business development preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for people and performance
