Document production data and maintain accurate records.

Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

Proven experience in injection molding processes and machinery.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
