Banquet Server

Position Summary:

We are seeking professional, attentive Banquet Servers to provide exceptional service during events, banquets, and private functions. Banquet Servers are responsible for setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Set up banquet rooms with linens, table settings, glassware, and decorations according to event specifications.

Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverages efficiently and accurately.

Monitor guest needs during events and respond promptly to requests.

Clear tables, glassware, and dishware in a timely and organized fashion.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after service.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.

Assist with event breakdown, storage of equipment, and reset of rooms as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Compensation:
