Warehouse Lead

Milford, Ohio

Hours 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We're hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for our team in Milford, Ohio. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who can handle shipping, receiving, and fulfilling orders, all while leading a small team. What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you'll be in charge of the daily operations for our shipping, receiving, and kitting departments. Your responsibilities will include:

Shipping and Receiving: Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, making sure all shipments are logged and sent out on time. FEDEx

Order Fulfillment: Accurately picking and packing customer orders, checking that all items are correct and meet our quality standards.

Kitting: Assembling custom-branded material kits for our clients, ensuring each kit is complete and packed securely for shipping.

Team Leadership: Guiding and mentoring a small team, helping to create a positive and productive work environment.

Must be Familiarity with WMS Warehouse Management System for data entry and inventory tracking

Job Details

Location: Milford, Ohio

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)
