Digital Print Production Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a Print Operator to join our team at Minuteman Press. In this role, you will be responsible for operating printing presses and ensuring high-quality production standards. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional print products to our clients.

Responsibilities

Operate Konica Minolta digital press to produce high-quality printed materials.

Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Prepare files for printing by executing prepress tasks such as layout design and color management.

Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and client specifications.

Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Print Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.

Strong understanding of digital print operations and quality control processes.

Familiarity with prepress procedures and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Ability to operate post press machinery.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
