Grazers Burgers and Beers has recently expanded to Moorcroft, Wyoming, with established locations in Newcastle, Wyoming, and Bowman, North Dakota. We are currently seeking an experienced manager who is a self-starter and possesses extensive knowledge of fast food and restaurant management. Overseeing and maintaining our exceptional service standards and consistency in food quality. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, open availability, and be willing to travel to these locations. Two year of experience in fast food and restaurant management is required. Willing to actively assist with the day to day operations.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
* Oversee weekly scheduling for cooks and servers' according to projected business.
* Work with mangers on weekly ordering, keeping par levels in line with weekly business.
* Have complete knowledge of the menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portion size, pricing, and special handling instructions.
* Control over or under prepping food based on the business forecast information.
* Inspect and guide managers on keeping guest and storage areas in an attractive, sanitary manner.
* Work directly with the Regional Hotel Manager to ensure managers are following ordering guides and menus for all three properties.
* Adhere to all specified security and safety regulations such as lifting (up to 60lbs), grease straining, operating and cleaning the slicers, floor cleaning, reporting suspicious activity by guests or others, controlling access to food storage areas, keys, and the back door. In addition, this position must strictly adhere to work rules concerning staff meals, employee parking, storage of personal items, etc.
* Extend hospitality and courtesy to guests and other staff. Respond appropriately to requests for information. Address the complaints of guests and staff immediately.
* Assist managers and staff, taking shifts if necessary to maintain daily operations.
* Complete knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and state health codes.
* Assist with hotel or convention functions. This includes preparing food, setting up, refreshing, and tearing down the banquet area.
* Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances as they apply to the hotel, restaurant, guests, and staff.Company Description
