Job Title: Business Analyst
Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Location: East Moline, IL 61244
Shift: 1st Shift 100% Onsite
Role Summary:
As a MOCI Process Specialist at John Deere, you’ll support process management, testing, and system integrations. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, business process analysis, UAT leadership, and contribution to process improvements across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and dev teams to optimize MOCI processes.
Lead UAT and support automated testing.
Manage test data, audit reporting, and system security.
Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes and recommend solutions.
Support UX mock-ups, training, and user adoption.
Gather feedback to enhance automation and integration testing.
Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years working with cross-functional teams.
1+ years with SQL, Python, DataBricks, Tableau (or similar).
Experience in test writing, Microsoft Office, and virtual training.
Basic project management experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexible to travel up to 10%.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Preferred Skills:
Deep knowledge of MOCI and integrations.
Experience on multicultural/global teams.
Familiarity with EPDP.
Microsoft SharePoint experience.
