Job Description

Position: Experienced Tower Technician 2 (AT&T Standards) Location: Nationwide, with travel to New York & Ohio for training Salary: 10% of site purchase amount with potential bonuses

We are seeking a highly skilled Tower Technician 2 with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with hands-on expertise in AT&T standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, late evenings, and up to 7 days a week), and a dedication to completing projects efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site work in line with AT&T standards.

• Rigging, sector support, and working under antennas to perform various tasks.

• Ensure safety protocols and quality are maintained at all times.

• Complete all work within given timelines while maintaining high standards.

• Ability to climb towers as needed, ensuring the proper use of safety equipment.

• Assist with site completion and post-work documentation.

• Potential to take on increasing responsibility, with room to grow into higher positions (Tech 3, Top Hand, Foreman).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of tower tech experience.

• Experience working with AT&T and knowledge of AT&T standards is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to work long hours and weekends as required.

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug test and background check.

• Familiarity with rigging and climbing towers safely.

• Must possess current certifications (e.g., CPR, OSHA, Climbing Safety) or be able to provide expired certifications.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and in teams.

• Must have a valid state ID and Social Security number.

• W-2 employment with full benefits, including workers’ compensation and insurance.
