Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays (OT): 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Job Description

Snelling Staffing is now hiring Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse facility in Jeffersonville, IN. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count materials in support of daily warehouse operations.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials.

Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated warehouse or production areas.

Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.

Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain accurate inventory counts during material movement.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Forklift Operator Requirements

Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
