Oar Staffing is conducting a search for an Electrical/Electronic Firmware Engineer for a MANUFACTURING client in the Akron area

Brief Details about the Opportunity:

Understand Electrical Current Theory

Troubleshoot circuity as it relates to PCB & circuitry

Writing, testing, and debugging firmware for embedded systems using languages like C and C++

Conducting system-level testing to identify and resolve issues related to firmware and hardware interaction

Designs, develops, and maintains the low-level software that controls the functionality of hardware devices

Microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC) and peripheral interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, USB)

Electrical schematics and component datasheets

Linux is a PLUS

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
