A major oil and gas company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator / Warehouse Coordinator to join their team in Edmonton. This hybrid role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support. While this is a temporary position, there is strong potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, processing sales documents, and handling phone inquiries
Receive, fill, and process warehouse orders accurately and efficiently
Create and manage purchase orders
Support day-to-day warehouse and office functions
Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
Safely lift and handle materials up to 40+ lbs
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory tracking Qualifications
Previous experience in administration and/or warehouse operations is an asset
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable balancing both physical and administrative tasks
