Responsibilities:

Learn to lead the sales team and drive results for both sales and finance

Assist in securing competitive financing and offering F&I products to customers

Gain hands-on experience with dealership management processes, compliance, and reporting

Work closely with senior leadership to develop your skills and leadership style

Qualifications/Requirements:

Automotive Sales experience required; management experience NOT required

Driven, motivated, and eager to learn dealership leadership and finance operations

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
